Noah Carrasco
Noah, a lifelong resident of Alvin, Texas, is the owner and president of NAC Construction Group Inc. A natural entrepreneur, Noah briefly attended college before choosing to pursue hands-on experience in the workforce. In 2008, he founded NAC Construction, initially focusing on home renovations. Under his leadership, the company has grown to include custom homes, turnkey projects, large metal buildings, and commercial construction. Noah’s drive, vision, and commitment to excellence have been central to the company’s continued growth and reputation. He is also a member of the Hometown Bank of Alvin Business Development Board.
GARETT Szemborski
Garett, a native of Newton, Texas, brings a strong foundation in economics and business to his role as Business Development Manager at NAC Construction Group Inc. He attended Stephen F. Austin State University, working toward earning his degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration and later graduating from Texas State University. After graduating, Garett joined NAC Construction Group, where he plays a key role in driving growth initiatives, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s strategic vision. His combination of academic insight and practical leadership makes him a vital asset to the continued success of the organization.
jose "joe" Carrasco
Joe, originally from Monterrey, Mexico, is a seasoned professional with decades of experience in the construction and painting industries. The proud father of Noah, Joe founded Joe’s Painting in 1985, building a strong reputation for quality and reliability. In 2018, he transitioned into a new role as Project Manager at NAC Construction Group Inc., bringing his expertise and energy to the team. Known for his outgoing personality and friendly demeanor, Joe is a favorite among clients and colleagues alike.
